What Awaits You The Language of the Heart
Daily workshops with Luz Helena (Anāhata) exploring how to listen and speak from the heart, inspired by Non-Violent Communication and 7 years of facilitating group communication work. She will also offer Authentic Movement and Kirtan through which you’ll embody your voice and deepen your capacity to truly listen.
Embodying Shakti
Daily yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices with Bhagavati to open the body, clear stagnant energy, cultivate vitality, and create inner spaciousness.
A Sacred Rhythm
• Morning embodied practice
• Heart-centered workshops
• Daily 1.5–2 hour Ayurvedic treatments
• Pool, rest, integration, and quiet time in nature
• A grounding opening ritual to set intentions
